Panelpop

UX/UI
OverviewPanelpop is a small business located in Melbourne’s inner north that produces handcrafted photo frames from reclaimed timber. After getting rid of his shop front in 2020, the founder Tony has shifted his business online and has been servicing a loyal group of repeat customers to keep Panelpop ticking over.

Now that retail in the area has recovered, Tony is looking to increase the number of new customers and online sales in order to fund a new shop front. To achieve his goal, Tony needs to review and optimise how new customers engage with Panelpop online.

While he understands that his business needs to expand online, Tony has been reluctant to do so as he feels Panelpop’s product offering and customer service is best experienced in-store.

This ongoing freelance project was completed by myself and two other designers:
Yunwei Xu
and Marco Mariano.
